Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Folioh. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy and Security page.

The service
Folioh helps one party organize records, attachments, chronology, and exhibit packets for attorney review. Folioh is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee that a record or packet will be admitted as evidence or accepted by a court. Consult your attorney before relying on any export.
Your account and material
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, ensuring the information you upload is lawful to collect and share, and reviewing records for accuracy. You retain your rights to material you enter. You permit Folioh and its service providers to process it as necessary to provide the service. Do not upload content you are not authorized to possess or disclose. You control invitations to your case and should remove access when it is no longer appropriate.
Trials, plans, and cancellation
The free trial lasts 7 days from account creation and does not require a card. Prepare and Litigate are offered at the prices shown at checkout; taxes, if applicable, are displayed there. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Cancellation normally keeps paid access through the end of the paid period. When access ends, your case remains readable and exports remain available, but new records cannot be added until a plan is active. Manage your plan through the billing page. Acceptable use
Do not use Folioh to harass someone, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, upload malicious files, or violate law or a court order. We may restrict access if necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law, and will provide notice where appropriate.
Availability and limits
We work to keep Folioh available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted access, a particular court outcome, complete third-party court lookup coverage, or that file metadata conclusively establishes when an event occurred. Keep your own copies of important exports and originals. Any legal limits on warranties or liability are subject to applicable law; nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may cancel your plan through billing and request account or case deletion by emailing Support@folioh.com. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after an effective change indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
